Minimum System Requirements

• Pentium 4
• Windows 2000 or Windows XP
• 256 MB of Memory (RAM)
• Internet Connection (Dialup or High Speed, High Speed recommended)
• Internet Explorer 6.0 (IE 7.0 can be used with the MCS system if you turn off the built-in pop-up blocker, which is enabled by default. See instructions below for disabling the pop-up blocker.)
• Java version 1.5.05 - click on the highlighted text for installation instructions.
  

To Turn Off Your Internet Explorer Pop-up Blocker:

1. Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button, and then clicking Internet Explorer.

2. Click the Tools button, and then click Pop-up Blocker.

3. To Turn off Pop-up Blocker, click Turn Off Pop-up Blocker.

How to identify which version of Java is installed on your computer:

For Windows 2000:
From the Start menu, select Settings then Control Panel. Double-click the Java entry to open the Java Control Panel. On the General tab, click the About button to view the version installed on the computer.

For Windows XP:
From the Start menu, select Control Panel. Double-click the Java entry to open the Java Control Panel. On the General tab, click the About button to view the version installed on the computer.

To disable Automatic Updates:
Follow the instructions for identifying the version of Java on your computer, then choose the Update tab. Uncheck the "Check for Updates Automatically" box.
