- Be certain your federal authority is up-to-date. If not, visit the FMCSA website to make it so.
- Visit www.modot.org/mce and log in.
- Update information in the account such as
- Contact name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Fax number, and
- Fleet information on the fleet and account pages
- Process an online renewal application by the file date
- Submit payment for the invoice online or by telephone.
When all renewal activity is complete -
including the submission of all documents and payment of fees, a new cab card will be emailed or faxed using the address or fax number on file.
