International Registration Plan

Welcome to MoDOT’s 24-Hour IRP System

The International Registration Plan allows the motor carrier to purchase a single license plate in Missouri, which is honored by all jurisdictions in which the carrier operates. The license plate fees are distributed by Missouri to other jurisdictions on a prorated basis depending on the number of miles traveled in each jurisdiction.

MoDOT’s 24-hour IRP system puts YOU in charge. Don’t wait for our office to open, send your request now – whether it’s 12:00 noon or 12:00 midnight.

Open the Users’ Guide below or instructions on how to make the best use of the system, then click on the login page to get started
