Better Roads, Brighter Future

• Route 71: Resurface and rehabilitate bridges from 87th Street to the bridge over Route W (Bannister Road)
• I-470: Asphalt overlay and bridge rehabilitation from north of Bowlin Road to north of I-70
• Route 291: Asphalt overlay and build shoulders from Mulberry Street to Route 50

 The Triangle Project

• Route 71: Reconstruct and realign pavement from Red Bridge Road to Blue Ridge Boulevard, construct a transit center northwest of Route 71 and Red Bridge, reconstruct ramp from eastbound I-435 to northbound Route 71
• I-470: Rehabilitate Hillcrest Road bridge over I-470
• I-435: Reconstruct ramp from eastbound I-435 to northbound Route 71

 Downtown Loop

• I-35: Mill and asphalt overlay pavement, rehabilitate four bridges on the south and west legs of the loop to southwest trafficway, replace Truman Road bridges
• I-670: Mill and asphalt overlay pavement on south side of Loop

• Route 291: Rehabilitate bridges at the 39th Street interchange
• Route 150: Replace bridge over the Union Pacific tracks and Big Creek in Greenwood
• Route 291: Repair northbound 291 bridge over Route 50 in Lee’s Summit
• Route 350: Repair and replace curb Lane Avenue to Westridge Avenue in Raytown
• Route 40: Repair and replace curb from VanBrunt to Crysler in Independence
• I-470: Grade and prepare site to construct interchange at Pryor Road in Lee’s Summit
• Route 40: 1-inch asphalt overlay from Route 7 to Route AA
• Route 7: Place traffic signals at Route 150 west junction
• Route 7: Widening from south of Wyatt Road to north of Colbern Road and improve Colbern intersection
• Route 71: Reconfigure and reconstruct interchange at Route 150 in Grandview
• Route 24: Replace bridge over Union Pacific tracks between Overton and Huttig Avenue in Independence
