• Route 13:  2-inch asphalt overlay and construct asphalt shoulders from 3 miles south of Route N to Route DD in Johnson County

• Route J: Chip seal from Route 2 to Route 52
• Route 23: Chip seal from Route 2 to the Johnson County line
