Paving operations will close a series of ramps/lanes along I-435

JACKSON COUNTY – The Missouri Department of Transportation will close overnight a series of ramps and lanes as part of paving operations along I-435. All work is weather dependent.

 

Below is a list of upcoming locations, times and dates:

The southbound I-435 off-ramp will be closed to Route 24 from 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 18 through 5 a.m. Wednesday, July 19

The on ramp from Route 24 Highway will be closed to southbound I-435 from 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 18 to 5 a.m. Wednesday, July 19

The auxiliary lane (far right lane 4) southbound I-435 between Route 24 and Truman Rd. from 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 18 to 5 a.m. Wednesday, July 19

The off- ramp southbound I-435 to Truman Rd. will be closed from 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 18 through 5 a.m. Wednesday, July 19

The 12th St. connection from westbound Truman Rd. will be closed from 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 18 to 5 a.m. Wednesday, July 19

The on-ramp from Truman Rd. will be closed to southbound I-435 from 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 18 to 5 a.m. July 19

 

 

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
