WARRENSBURG, Mo. - State and local officials will join MoDOT on Monday to recognize a milestone for the Route 13 East Loop highway construction project in Warrensburg. The group will ceremonially move orange cones to open the westbound Route 50 bridge over the new Route 13 corridor east of town. The event marks a halfway point in construction of the new 7-mile-long segment of the Route 13 East Loop, which is expected to open late next year.
