KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A return of heavy rains has caused two rural highways in the Kansas City District to close due to floodwaters. As of 3 p.m. Thursday, October 8, 2009, the Kansas City District closure includes:

Johnson            23                    Between Route CC  (Johnson/Henry County Line) and Route E
