Coordinating with key agencies, citizen groups, the general public, and the media is essential to the success of the I-70 FTEIS.  MoDOT will use a variety of public meetings, newsletters, flyers, media releases, and a media kit to share information about the project. 

The Media Kit (pdf), in particular, serves as a great introduction to the I-70 FTEIS for media outlets.  Open the kit and you will find that it:

• Contains an introduction to the environmental planning and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) processes.
• Explains the difference between the I-70 MIS and I-70 FTEIS.
• Includes a map of the corridor, a contact list, and general project information.
