In March 2009, "A Call to Oneness" hosted a three-day seminar where more than 1,500 citizens from Kansas City and surrounding areas gathered to learn more about CDLs — 1,100 of whom participated in training to take the written exam.
The CDL workshops were only the first step in the process. As part of the growing effort, MoDOT has committed trucks to help citizens practice for the driving portion of the exam.
On May 30, "A Call to Oneness" hosted a FREE Job Skills Seminar. Participants learned how to dress for an interview, reshape their resume to make the best impression.
