Route HH Bridge Over Fork of Bailey's Creek in Osage County Now Open

OSAGE COUNTY - A bridge replacement project on Route HH over a fork of Bailey's Creek in Osage County is complete. The bridge, located southwest of County Road 263, was opened to traffic Monday afternoon.

Work began in May, and the Missouri Department of Transportation extends its thanks to motorists for their patience while the work took place.

The bridge replacement is part of MoDOT's Safe & Sound Bridge Improvement Program, which will improve 802 of Missouri's worst bridges by the end of 2012.  Currently, over 730 of the bridges included in the program have been improved statewide.

For more information or for a complete listing of bridges included in the program, also follow MoDOT's Central District on Twitter at https://twitter.com/MoDOT_Central or on Facebook at www.facebook.com/MoDOTCentralMissouriDistrict.
