BENTON COUNTY - The Missouri Department of Transportation will hold two public meetings to provide information about upcoming bridge deck improvements on Route 7 in Benton County. The meetings are scheduled as follows:

Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2009
4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Warsaw Community Building
181 W. Harrison, Warsaw, Mo.

Friday, Aug. 14, 2009
Noon to 1 p.m.
First Community Bank 
100 East Main, Warsaw, Mo.

MoDOT will rehabilitate two bridge decks over the Osage Arm and the Grand Arm of the Truman Reservoir to improve the driving surface. The bridge over the Osage Arm is located east of Route KK. The bridge over the Grand Arm is just north of Route Z.

Both meetings are open-house style, with no formal presentations made. The public may stop by either meeting at any time during the advertised hours to speak with MoDOT employees. Accessibility accommodations will be available.
