CALLAWAY COUNTY - The public is invited to attend an open-house community briefing to learn about planned improvements in Callaway County for the Four Mile Branch Bridge on Route E.  The Four Mile Branch Bridge is located approximately 1.5 miles east of Route DD.

The briefing will take place on Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2009 from 4-6 p.m. at the Hatton Community Hall located at 3752 State Road E.

The project includes replacing the bridge deck.  Work is planned for spring and summer 2009 and the bridge will be closed for several weeks during the work.  The improvement is being planned as part of MoDOT's Safe & Sound Bridge Improvement Program.
