The Missouri Department of Transportation is holding an online community briefing for the Safe & Sound Bridge Improvement projects in Maries County. This briefing focuses on five bridges that are scheduled for construction in 2011:
- Route 28, Dry Fork Creek, located two miles south of Route Z
- Route 42, Mill Spring Creek, located 4.5 miles east of Route Z
- Route A, Spring Creek, located just south of U.S. 63
- Route V, Little Fly Creek, located 1.5 miles south of Route 42
- Route BB, Little Maries River, located two miles west of Route 133
