The Missouri Department of Transportation proposes to improve the intersection of Business Route 54 and Second Street in Fulton by realigning it and constructing a roundabout. The Stinson Creek Bridge on Business Route 54 and the Stinson Creek Bridge on Second Street would both be removed and replaced with one box culvert.
