The CM Manual has guidelines, instructions, and information used in the administration of construction practices and materials inspection for MoDOT Projects and Maintenance use. This information is applicable to department purchases and construction contracts. Additional information is found in the specific section of the indicated listings and in the Standard Specifications.

The policy and proceedures content that used to be found in the General Construction Manuals and Materials Manuals has been moved to the EPG. The CM Manual acts as a portal to the information found in the Engineering Policy Guide (EPG) relating to Construction and Materials' Policies and Proceedures.  This content can be found either using the links found in the CM Manual or by going directly to the EPG and using its navigation and search functions.
