MoDOT's Technician Certification Program is a process by which MoDOT ensures the quality of materials incorporated into MoDOT projects.  The program supports proper and uniform procedures among individuals responsible for the sampling and acceptance testing of certain non-manufactured materials used in transportation construction projects.
