All vendor responses MUST be received by the General Services, Facilities Management section at 830 MoDOT Drive, Jefferson City, MO in paper copy form and in a sealed envelope prior to the closing date and time indicated. It shall be the vendor's responsibility to be sure they are in receipt of all amendments, if any are issued. All responses are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission and the Missouri Department of Transportation.
