MoDOT project plans are accessed using the plansroom system.
Plans can be viewed by anyone. However; to download, print or order plans requires MoDOT vendor access to the plansroom system. Please see below for information on how to receive a vendor number.

Prime Contractor.
All contractors bidding on MoDOT construction projects must be prequalified to bid before any bid is accepted from them. During the prequalification process a vendor number is assigned and can be used to access plans. Subcontractor.
When a prime contractor selects a subcontractor to work for them, the subcontractor must register with MoDOT before they can work on our right-of-way. A vendor number is assigned during registration. Please follow this link for more information on registering as a subcontractor. LINK
Not A Prime Or Subcontractor, But Still Want To Access Plans?
The system that allows access to download, print or order plans requires a vendor number. If an entity has not received a vendor number by performing contracting work with MoDOT, a vendor number can be issued for the sole purpose of accessing the plans. Vendor To Download, Print or Order Plans
Any entity who wishes to obtain access to download; print or order plans for MoDOT projects but does not wish to do actual construction work may request a MoDOT vendor number by contacting Susan Buechter at 573-751-8305 or faxing your request to 573-526-5640 or emailing your request to Susan.Buechter@modot.mo.gov. The following information is required to be assigned a MoDOT vendor number:
Name, address, e-mail address, and phone number.
After submitting this information, you will be assigned a vendor number. Once a vendor number is assigned, the new vendor will have full access to download, order and print by the following morning.
Vendors can order plans by using the link to the MoDOT plans room on MoDOT bid opening information web page at http://www.modot.org/business/contractor_resources/bidOpenIndex.shtml . (Internet plans room will become available on September 21, 2007 for projects in the October bid opening until then order plans by calling 573-751-2860.
