ST. LOUIS - The Missouri Department of Transportation, and its contractor, Kozeny-Wagner, Inc., will continue maintenance work on the Adelaide Bridge, north of Interstate 70, on Thursday, October 29, weather permitting. MoDOT will close the inside lanes between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. Motorists traveling in both directions will be able to use the outside lanes on the bridge. This work is part of a rehabilitation project on the Adelaide Bridge to remove and replace the bridge deck. Motorists can expect lane closures and permanent restrictions between fall 2009 and fall 2010.
