The US 61/Route U Interchange project is a partnership between MoDOT and Crossroads Center. It is located in the southern part of Moscow Mills, south of Troy and north of Wentzville.
PROJECT: Construct a new interchange between Route U and Mette Road on US 61.
CONTRACTOR: Iron Mountain Trap Rock Company of Iron Mountain, Missouri
COST: Award is for $8,374,042.13 and does not include the cost of land provided by Crossroads Center.
TIMELINE: Utility work begins in March 2009; construction in late April/early May; completion in Fall 2010.
