Everyone is invited to participate in a caravan of vehicles along the Avenue following the dedication ceremony. Guests from the program are participating, as well as every city and county that is being designated as a "Saints" community during the whistle stops. Those communities will join the caravan as they leave their community and most will stop at the next whistle stop, then return to their communities. Special window flags are being given to those community vehicles participating in the caravan. The Missouri State Highway Patrol will lead the caravan throughout the day, making stops in LaGrange, Palmyra, Hannibal, New London, Bowling Green, Troy, Moscow Mills and concluding at the Spirit of St. Louis Airport. Traffic control is being provided by the communities, and a short 15 minute program will be held at each community as MoDOT designates them a "Saints" community.
