Are you a farmer operating a commercial vehicle to haul your equipment, supplies, or produce to and from the farm?   MoAg Carrier is intended to help farmers be aware of major federal and state commercial vehicle requirements. When you know and follow the rules that apply, you can avoid citations and fines - but more importantly, you'll make Missouri roads safer.

By answering a few questions, MoAg Carrier will summarize motor carrier regulatory requirements that apply. The information that you supply and the resulting regulation summary should be used for one hauling situation. As situations change, so can the regulations that govern your trip. To ensure accurate and up-to-date information, you need to return to this page and answer the questions to review the regulations for a particular hauling need.
