Seat of the Pants Tour Concludes

Several senior management staff took turns touring 2,200 miles of Missouri roadways around the state, beginning Aug. 18, to measure how the roads look and how they feel by the seat of their pants. The department promised to make these roads Smoother, Safer, Sooner by the end of 2006. SRI
